I’ve decided to do my first 30-Day-Challenge. I’ve gained some weight sitting in front of the computer for 14-16 hours per day (and if I am completely honest, not eating healthy) so I wanted to commit to a “common-sense-diet” (CSD) challenge. Making decisions about silk ties all day is not good for my waistline apparently.
Here’s what I will be doing:
1. Reducing my carb intake (the only reason I can’t cut this out is because I will be on a business trip for three weeks during this period so I don’t want my endeavors to impede on my co-workers).
2. A minimum of 45 minutes of cardio.
And that’s it.
The challenge commences tomorrow.
